We have about 50 timeslots for lectures and demos. Applications received by November 16 receive first consideration; after that, until all slots are filled.

- PA announcements before and at the start of your session
To guarantee individual promotion on the website and social media, we need your topic title, description and photo by November 19.
What to expect
Accepted speakers are notified by early December, and we aim to publish the first draft of the schedule before Christmas. If there is a fee for your presentation, an invoice is emailed once your topic is approved and your timeslot assigned; fees are due before the schedule goes live.

Room & equipment
Each room has an LCD projector, laptop and screen. Presentations are 45 minutes, including questions. A table outside each room is available for your handouts and promotional materials (please bring your own). Rooms hold 60–100 people; a new speaker averages about 38 attendees.
